All right, just so's you know, I have officially completed the  very last page of Hsu and Chan, issue 8, which means that I'll be sending it straight off to press... juuuuuuust as soon as I do the cover. And the inside front cover. And the back cover. That can't take but, what, three, four more months? Better get in line now.

The fall semester has ended for our li'l scholar Norm. Still awaiting grades, but I aint too worried. Not that this means I've necessarily done real well in my various classes, just that I'm enjoying my first real opportunity to ignore the whole affair. School who, I ask? School who?

Strung Christmas lights, yesterday, across the front porch; the results are pretty wire-intensive, though one hopes it's less noticeable at night. My personal feelings are that you can have garish Christmas lights, and you can have inappropriate Christmas lights, but it's darned hard to have ugly Christmas lights.

Though, this being the internet, I suppose we can officially consider the guantlet thrown down.
